Registration
- Delegates must confirm their participation by registering online
- A passport or identification document is required at the accreditation center to collect meeting badges.
- Registration Deadline: May, 25 2026
Identification Badge
- Participants must wear their meeting badges at all times.
- Badges will be distributed at the registration desk.
- Lost badges must be reported immediately.
Entry Requirements
- Visitors to The Gambia must have a valid passport and a Yellow Fever vaccination card
- Most travelers need to obtain a visa from a Gambian diplomatic mission in their home country, unless they are from visa-exempt countries.
- Citizens of the UK, EU, Commonwealth, ECOWAS, and other countries with visa exemption agreements can enter without a visa for stays up to 90 days.
- If no Gambian embassy is available, visas can be obtained upon arrival at Banjul International Airport.
- Travelers arriving without prior visas (e.g., last-minute bookings) may be allowed entry but must submit their passport to the Immigration Department in Banjul within 48 hours to receive a proper visa.
- A mandatory $20 (€20, £20, or GMD 1,400) Airport Security Fee applies per person (excluding infants and diplomatic passport holders) upon both arrival and departure at the airport.

AIRPORT PROTOCOL & LOGISTICS
- A dedicated protocol team will welcome delegates at Banjul International Airport.
- A help desk marked with the African Caucus 2025 banner will be available at the airport.
- Complimentary transportation from the airport to official hotels will be provided.
- Participants must submit their travel itineraries and flight details via the website by June 25, 2026.
TRANSPORTATION
- Shuttle services will be provided between designated hotels and the meeting venue.
- Heads of Delegation will receive dedicated transport.
- Shuttles will depart 1.5 hours before the meeting start time.
- Transportation services will be available only for participants staying at designated hotels.
Health & Safety
- A medical team will be on standby throughout the event.
- Emergency ambulance and clinic services will be available for urgent medical needs.
- Emergency numbers: 116 for ambulance, 117 for police, and 118 for fire service
